Chief Procurement Officer
Debra joined MV in November 2015 and is responsible for leading the sourcing and procurement of all purchased goods and services. Debra’s team is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost reduction, process efficiencies and improve supplier performance.
Prior to joining MV, Debra served as Vice President, Procurement for Navistar, Inc.—a leading manufacturer of commercial trucks, buses, defense vehicles and engines. During her six-year career with Navistar, Debra was responsible for all indirect procurement along with direct procurement of chassis, engine/engine components, powertrain and parts to support Navistar’s global manufacturing operations and dealerships.
Other leadership roles include Chief Procurement Officer at Kenny Construction Company and Managing Director, Procurement with U.S. Freightways Corporation, where she led the centralization efforts across seven operating companies. Debra began her career with United Airlines in 1984 where she held numerous procurement positions, including responsibility for fuel, IT, and Indirect. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
