Director of Organizational Performance
Brian joined MV in December 2015 as the Director of Organizational Performance. He leads MV’s employee programs (e.g. succession planning, performance, engagement) that maximize their performance and potential. His passion for developing and executing talent management solutions has significantly helped build a stronger employee focused culture at MV.
Brian has a versatile background of 18+ years partnering with Fortune 500 companies to transform their employee’s capabilities into business gains. He has implemented numerous strategies that increased productivity and profitability by focusing on leadership development, engagement, succession planning, and performance. Brian has experience in a wide variety of environments, such as retail, consulting, corporate, manufacturing, supply chain, turnaround and transformational. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Radford University. He has been on the Board of Directors and has volunteered for the leading regional HR conference, HR Southwest, for several years.
